ESG Report 2025: the data center built to meet the great challenges of the digital world
With the rise of AI, energy pressures and ever-growing cybersecurity demands, digital infrastructure is no longer just a technical matter: it is a question of sovereignty and environmental responsibility. Our first consolidated non-financial report covers the entire Group, France and Asia.
THE REPORTStructured on the VSME comprehensive module
The VSME, the European standard developed by EFRAG, forms the backbone of the report: every published indicator maps to one of its disclosures (B1 to B11, C1 to C9). We complemented it with CSRD principles, the EcoVadis framework and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
In 2025, ETIX built its first double materiality matrix, challenged with its customers, partners, employees and investors. It identifies 23 material impacts, risks and opportunities that shape the entire report.
2025 KEY FIGURES75%
Renewable electricity
Up from 57% in 2024. Bangkok is already 100% covered.
-80%
Scope 2 emissions
From 6,420 to 1,280 tCO2e thanks to Guarantees of Origin and RECs.
1.2
PUE at Lille #4
At 70% load, on a site designed for AI workloads. Fleet average PUE: 1.42.
81/100
EcoVadis Gold
Up from 66/100 (Bronze) in 2024. CyberVadis: 941/1000, Gold level.
A pathway to Net Zero by 2030
Aligned with SBTi recommendations, our pathway targets carbon neutrality on Scopes 1 & 2 by 2030, with 100% renewable energy across all our sites and a fleet-wide PUE of 1.3.
Our Guarantees of Origin come from two recent wind farms in the Hauts-de-France region. Our cooling systems, based on indirect free cooling and closed-loop chilled water, greatly limit our reliance on water resources.
Our alignment with the EU Taxonomy rose from 11.5% in 2024 to 28% of revenue in 2025.
“Proximity can be a strength for AI”
With a PUE of 1.2, this site, natively designed for the most demanding AI workloads, proves that high-density computing is not the preserve of hyperscalers. Lille #4 is not simply an infrastructure: it is proof that proximity can be a strength for AI, not a constraint.
Louis Blanchot, CEO, ETIX
Our people at the heart of our growth
With sites operated 24/7 and a workforce that grew from 80 to 92 employees in one year, 2026 is the year we roll out our social policy: working conditions, skills development, gender balance and diversity, and social dialogue.
🎓 91% of the training plan completed
🤝 5% staff turnover in a highly competitive sector
⚖️ Unadjusted gender pay gap below 15%
🛡️ Health, life and disability insurance for 100% of employees
The European alternative, rooted in the regions
Backed exclusively by European investors, Infranity and Eurazeo, ETIX offers 100% European hosting: a French legal structure, no extraterritoriality clauses and no exposure to the Cloud Act.
Our 17 data centers across 6 French regions host local businesses: 97% of our customers are located within 200 km of the site that hosts them, and 67% of our purchasing goes to suppliers with CSR commitments.
“Reporting aligned with the European VSME standard now structures how we steer our environmental, social and governance commitments.
This framework makes our trajectory clearer and more consistent, turning ESG into a strategic management tool in its own right.”
Margaux Plantive-Triger, Head of ESG and Compliance, ETIX
