ETIX enters exclusive negotiations to acquire four Eurofiber data centers in Occitanie
ETIX, France’s leading sovereign data center operator, announces its intention to acquire Eurofiber’s French data centers. The deal brings its global network to 19 sites and strengthens its position as the leading sovereign operator in France.

By integrating Eurofiber’s assets with its existing sites in Toulouse and Montpellier, ETIX will build a unified, carrier-neutral network across the entire Occitanie region. This network:

Closing expected in June 2026
Completion of the transaction remains subject to consultation with employee representative bodies and is expected in June 2026.
It includes the transfer of four operational employees from Eurofiber to ETIX, ensuring uninterrupted service continuity for existing customers.
These customers will join ETIX’s leading national ecosystem and benefit from immediate access to 17 sovereign data centers across the country, for a unique level of resilience and scalability.
