Spare parts
Every data center is equipped with a reserve of spare parts for essential equipment, providing heightened security assurance for our customers amid global supply challenges.

Preventive and Corrective Maintenance

All scheduled preventive maintenance tasks are meticulously planned with a detailed Maintenance Operation Protocol (MOP). These tasks are executed following the MOP, and a contingency plan is in place. A comprehensive maintenance report is then generated within a maximum of two weeks after operations are reinstated.

Whenever possible, preventive maintenance operations are carried out during daylight hours, and critical tasks are prioritized for the initial three days of the week.

Prior to any maintenance activity, the availability of spare parts, tools, and engineers is thoroughly verified and confirmed to prevent any operational disruptions.

Etix Everywhere has consistently embraced water-efficient technologies, resulting in the market’s lowest Water Usage Effectiveness (WUE) ratio.

The daily installation and removal of IT infrastructure leads to the creation of a large volume of waste (cardboard, plastic, polystyrene). Our operation teams are in charge of sorting and recycling all of these wastes

The use of 24/7 monitoring systems (DCIM, BMS) allow our teams to intervene immediately when peaks or troughs in IT activity require an adjustment of the cooling systems

The operation of a data center consist of a preventive and corrective maintenance. As part of preventive maintenance, it is planned in advance, prepared, detailed and documented in order to analyze its progress. Corrective maintenance, on the other hand, must respond to an incident as quickly as possible and in a perfectly secure manner.

An operations team is in charge of the 24/7 management of the data center. This team can vary from 5 to 20 people depending on the size of the site and is led by a Site Manager. Each Site Manager is under the direction of a Head of Operation for the zone who is himself directed by the CTO of the group.

At Etix Everywhere, each data center is committed to the highest level of SLA on the market: TIer IV, guaranteeing 99.995% availability. In fact, our data centers have had 100% availability since the creation of Etix Everywhere in 2012.
